For over three decades, we’ve honed our skills working with leading multinational companies. With this experience, we sought to make a positive impact on the lives of those around us. Guided by the Japanese concept of Ikigai – finding your purpose at the intersection of passion, skill, need, and reward – we identified a pressing global challenge: the increasing number of seniors living independently.

Having already supported the parents of our NRI friends and relatives, we understood the deep fulfillment that comes from caring for elders. Combining this experience with the growing need for senior care services, Suhrud Care was born. Our mission is to empower seniors to live life to the fullest, offering them the support and assistance they deserve.

Our team members come from diverse backgrounds in customer service and related professions, united by a shared passion for building positive relationships. We approach every interaction with attentiveness and respect, ensuring that our clients and their families feel valued and supported. Our dedicated support staff of 10+ professionals brings a wealth of experience and commitment to every client interaction. Each member of our team has been with us for 15 to 20 years, making us a trusted and experienced partner. We are not only highly skilled but also extensively trained to deliver exceptional customer service. With a focus on building strong relationships, we strive to understand your needs with urgency and provide the most professional, personalized service possible.

Ravi Gokhale brings over 30 years of rich experience across marketing, business development, key account management, global sourcing, HR, and administration. After retiring from a successful corporate career where he led key departments, his passion shifted towards giving back.

For the past 10+ years, Ravi has been actively involved in social service, channeling his leadership skills into meaningful community impact. A strong believer in collaboration, he co-founded ABC, a business networking platform, and Suhrud Care, where he plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of support and compassion for senior citizens.

For over 30 years, Sameer Deshpande has thrived in the IT industry, building a successful career. Yet, a core belief remains: technology cannot replace the importance of family. Living in the USA while his parents reside in India presented a significant challenge. While his brother and family provided exceptional care, the distance remained a constant concern.

This personal experience fueled the vision for Suhrud Care. It’s a platform that leverages his expertise and technology to bridge the physical gap.

Sachin Deshpande is a customer champion at heart. With over 30 years in IT hardware sales and distribution. His unwavering dedication to building strong relationships and exceeding expectations has resulted in a loyal clientele and a deep understanding of the industry’s needs.

Sachin’s experience spans both working directly with customers for a decade at a multinational company and serving as an authorized distributor for IT hardware giants for over 20 years. This translates into a keen ability to identify customer needs and a proven track record of fostering genuine customer satisfaction – a quality that will undoubtedly resonate with Suhrud Care’s potential focus on customer care.
